PLUNGE is a three-day wellness & sunset summer celebration in Le Plateau de Bakish on 13, 14 and 15 August 2025.
Lebanon's first Lifestyle Wellness Days are a curated playground of movement, music, and mindful indulgence. Here, wellness is social, rituals are parties, and brands come to life. Activities range from morning moves & mindfulness to sunset beats around the lagoon in the stunning Lebanese mountains.
A high-impact partnership between Namat Beirut (wellness and ritual experts), Lost&Found (venue management and experienced event architects), and Flow Lab (reformer pilates and yoga professionals).
PROGRAMME
13, 14 & 15 August 2025, from 9:00 AM till 9:00 PM
9:00 AM till 3:00 PM – Rituals & Recovery Vibes
Begin each day intentionally with breathwork, yoga, Pilates, Yogalates, sound healing, and more. Dive into unique wellness experiences like aqua flow, SUP yoga, paddle pool sessions, cold plunges, and recovery lounges. These mornings are fueled by matcha, stillness, and movement.
3:00 PM till 9:00 PM – Sunset Celebrations
As the sun shifts, the energy rises. Low-tempo ambient DJ sets ease into the golden hour alongside curated menus, mindful cocktails, and ecstatic dance. The music sets the tone for connection, joy, and magical sunsets.
WHO WILL BE THERE?
We expect 200 people per day. They are all socially engaged, health-conscious, trend-savvy, and lifestyle-oriented. They are interested in design, movement, music, nutrition, and connection.
