The call to pause and ground in the midst of the summer rush
where artists, musicians and dancers meet by the river for a weekend of chilling, expressing and being in all its forms.

Saturday we gather around the table for a shared meal, 
then around the fire for a music jam and an expressive night
Sunday we start our day with movement to align our bodies, our minds and our spirits.
we continue with a Communal Sharing circle where expression meets community and builds unity.
Musical circles and Art corners will be surrounding the space, so make sure to get your instruments and your creative spirits along
Root & Rise facilitators will be available for 1 on 1 workshops for alignment, breathwork, music and expressive workshops
